Account Deletion Agreement

To ensure your account's security, please review the implications of account deletion.

Deleting your account is not the same as logging out, and once done, it cannot be undone.

Your personal data, including created characters, chat logs with any characters, interaction data, and order records, will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.

Before deleting your account, you must cancel your active subscription.

This will redirect you to the Stripe website, where you can easily manage or modify your subscription settings at any time. Follow the prompts provided to complete the cancellation process. Refund Process

For any refund requests related to transactions processed through Stripe, please contact our customer service team for assistance. To expedite the process, please provide us your order number and the reason for the refund. We will initiate and process your refund request, which typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. However, this can vary depending on your bank’s processing times.
